I calculated the Dehya version, and she deals more than 33% of the team DPS with just Burgeon & Overload, without counting the Pyro DMG & Burning because it's a pain in the ass to count those. I'm not saying Dehya doesn't need a buff or is better than Thoma, but she clearly works in this specific team & situation.
